Sony introduces a complete IP surveillance solution based on its Distributed Enhanced Processing Architecture (DEPA) platform, which incorporates intelligent video analytics to detect object movement. DEPA is a combined function of the intelligence incorporated in Sony DEPA-enabled network cameras and the rules or filters defined using the NSR Series recorder or IMZ-RS400 Series software. Based on these rules, the system determines which events to monitor, what is to be recorded, and when to trigger an alarm or other action. Unlike conventional video analytic solutions, the Sony solution is seamless and efficient − and can be easily customized to meet your requirements without major investment.
